This is a little fact that most people don't know about Erin. She is an awesome cook when it comes to meats!! Most of you know that Erin is a vegetarian, and I'm not, but she will still cook meat for me. She made this meatloaf the othernight that was the best I'd ever eaten! It was even better than I could have cooked it. Just thought you should know.

She's fortunate to have such a sweetheart of a husband who appreciates the amazing fact that she can cook such wonderful meat dishes. She sure didn't get THAT from her mom!
Did you guys hear that Beth ate a burger a few weeks ago??!!! I almost fell over when she told me!
